Joseph L. Di Bernardo, President

For over three decades Joe Di Bernardo has been involved in the real estate field working in local, regional, national and international markets.  He has held key executive leadership positions at some of the area’s largest privately held real estate development organizations and has worked on some of the New York metropolitan areas most high profile development projects.  The acquisition and development of the former ITT research and development facility in Nutley, New Jersey and the development of the former Shulton/Old Spice plant in Clifton, New Jersey were two re-development sites that were turned into gated communities totaling over 1300 units. He also directed the contract purchase of the 15.7 acre Helmsley tract at the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, New Jersey.  The site is projected to become a billion dollar mixed-use high and low-rise residential, retail and commercial development and is considered to be one of the most valuable tracts of re-development property in the State of New Jersey.  Joe Di Bernardo has also work extensively with the public sector on the development of thousands of government subsidized affordable housing units.

Henry F. Marrocco

Henry Marrocco has been involved as a broker in the New Jersey-New York Metropolitan area for thirty years.  He has also worked in acquisition in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Las Vegas.  He also was instrumental in  the acquisition and development of the Shulton property in Clifton, New Jersey when he served as the Director of Acquisition for Town and Country Developers.  The winner of numerous awards within his profession, he has also served as the past president of the Clifton Rotary Club and the Clifton Jaycees.  Henry brings to JLD & A a broad network of real estate, business, financial and civic contacts and is a highly experienced acquisition and development professional.

Lisa Marder

Lisa Marder has been in the new home building industry for over 27 years and brings a wealth of skills and resources to our clients.  Her hands-on management experience, thorough knowledge of the industry and excellent interpersonal skills help clients achieve their sales and marketing goals.  As a licensed real estate broker, she is adept at evaluating land acquisition opportunities, has vast experience in new community concept designing and in-depth experience in product design and marketing strategies.  Lisa is a high energy individual whose wide network of real estate contacts brings an added dimension to our development team.

Michael Blumenfeld, R.A.

Mike Blumenfeld’s background spans the full spectrum of real estate; buying, selling, negotiating, financing and developing property.  He has worked with community-based organizations, private and public homebuilders, and government agencies to deliver cost efficient projects.  Mike is familiar with all aspects of the development process ( as a former builder, broker, architect and urban designer in the Tri-State area.)  He specializes in identifying undervalued and distressed property, preparing due diligence packages, and marketing project to developers or investors.  He is a registered architect and has a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture.

Lynn David

Lynn David complements the JLD and A executive team in providing marketing, business and administrative support to the many projects in which the firm becomes involved.  Public relations, hybrid telemarketing, as well as due diligence and market research are some of the areas in which Lynn, who has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, backs up the company and its myriad of activities.
